Information we collect

• What you give us — your name, phone, and email; service details from the quote form (county, city, property type, rooms and spaces, problem areas, and notes); and any photos you choose to attach so we can quote accurately.
• When we talk — records of the calls, texts, and emails between us about your service.
• Automatically — basic, non-identifying website analytics (pages visited, device type, and similar usage data) to keep the site working. This is not tied to your quote details.

How we use it

• Prepare your free quote and answer your request.
• Schedule and perform your cleaning, and keep in touch about your job.
• With your consent, send service text messages — including a one-time invitation to review us after a completed job.
• Keep normal business records and improve our website and services.

Your photos

Photos you attach to a quote request are used to estimate and perform the work. Before-and-after photos appear in our gallery or marketing only with the customer's permission.

Text-messaging privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared — they're used only to send the messages you asked for, through the providers that deliver texts on our behalf.

Message frequency: with your consent, up to 2 messages per service visit (appointment updates and a one-time review invitation after a completed job); frequency varies with your service activity. When we share information

Only with the service providers working on our behalf — website hosting, email delivery, and text-message delivery — and only what they need to do that work; or where the law requires it. We never sell your information.

Security & retention

This site is served over a secure (SSL/HTTPS) connection. We keep your information only as long as we need it for your service, our business records, and any legal requirements.

Children

Our site and services are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
